Made to order
Most items are printed just for you. That means small variations are normal—and we don’t stock inventory to swap on the spot.

Processing & shipping

  • Printing time: ~2–5 business days (most orders).

  • Shipping speed: shown at checkout by destination.

  • You’ll get tracking from orders@rewindkindness.com.

Order changes
Email orders@rewindkindness.com ASAP. If production has started, changes/cancellations aren’t guaranteed.

Returns & exchanges
Because products are made-to-order, we accept defective/damaged/wrong-item cases only.

  • Report within 30 days of delivery (include photos + order #).

  • Email support@rewindkindness.com.

  • Don’t mail anything back without approval—our return address is provided after we review the case.

  • For size/style changes or “changed my mind,” we can help you re-order (standard pricing applies).

Lost or no-scan packages
If tracking stalls or never shows as delivered, email orders@rewindkindness.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

International orders
Local taxes/duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Digital items
Instant downloads are non-refundable.
